Introduction
"StoneNet Pre-coated Aluminium Plate" is processed through Roll Coating, the common coat is PVDF. As for our Roll Coating process, we can paint non-standard colours such as timber grain, stone or marble finishes, etc.
Pre-coated aluminium plates are suitable for both external & internal use. These panels are suitable for extensive fabrication process, shearing, punching, forming & perforation.
The base materials can be 1100, 3003 & 5005 Alloy or other alloys as requested. It will be half hard, suitable for fabrication process.
Pre-coated aluminium plates are used for various purposes, such as, external wall cladding, internal wall panels, automobile, signage & air-conditioning materials, etc.

1. High productivity
Roller production is automatic , the slowest speed is 20 meters per minute and the maximum speed can be 60 meters to 100 meters per minute.
2. Color uniformity
Long-lasting and its colors are delicate. Soft and colorful , avoiding the individual chromatic aberration of traditional spraying.
3. Environmental protection
Its not easy to turn yellow, using chromium-free treatment liquid to make up for the defects of easy discoloration of the laminating board; the roller paint contains active chemical molecules, which promotes the formation of a protective layer on the surface of the material. Active chemical molecules are stable and easy to recycle, meeting environmental requirements.
4. Corrosion resistance
Because of its tight surface oxide film, it has strong adhesion, oxidation resistance , acid resistance, alkali resistance , corrosion resistance, decay resistance and UV resistance.
5. Safety
Lighter weight and safer installation system enables to avoid the risk of cracking and falling. It also complies with A1 Non-combustible En13501.
