Introduction
"StoneNet Aluminium Sandwich Panels" consist of an embossed Aluminium core of 2.0 mm thick (Manufactured from 0.28 mm thick Aluminium sheet), bonded between two Aluminium sheets. Top skin Aluminium sheet is 0.5 mm thick, whereas bottom skin is 0.5 mm. Overall thickness of the product is 3.0 mm. Weight per unit area is 3.6 kg/m2. It is an ASP which is light-weight but very stiff and strong.
Top and bottom Aluminium skins can be coated with PVDF or Polyester paint. "Stonenet Aluminium Sandwich Panels" are mainly used for external cladding of buildings, where resistance to fire is important and local legislations have outlawed the use of any composite panels without class "0" rating.

The high performance PVDF based on PPG Coatings is the base material with high elasticity. There are four standard surface colours. (e.g monochrome, metallic, iridescent and stone) as well as any customised colours prepared in advance.
Stonenet Aluminium Sandwich Panels uses H19 high grade aluminium alloy panel with surface and back, composited with cone shape aluminium core material. The surface finish can be presented in napping, mirror face, embossment, galavanization, anodic oxidation, dull polish, light and metallic colour etc.
3. Coating Property
Using the PPG as based material of fluorocarbon coating, this coating can be used for continuous coil coating line at all surface painting and its properties comply with ECCA (European Coil Coating Association) and AAMA (American Aluminium Manufacturers Association) "The Coil Coating Specification for Building Exterior Wall"
4. Coating Property Comparison
Compared with traditional coatings such as polyster, acrylic acid and polyurethane coating, under the normal weather conditions, StoneNet used PPG as based material of fluorocarbon coating which has higher durability and less cleaning frequency.

The warranty of PVDF is 10 years.
